Shipping policy
A.Ma.Ca. orders are prepared with care, as every piece of jewelry requires attention during inspection, packaging, and protection before shipment.
Available items are generally prepared within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page or during periods of higher demand. Personalized, made-to-order, replicable, or not immediately available creations may require more time; the customer will be informed accordingly.
Orders are shipped using a tracked service. After dispatch, the customer receives a tracking code when available. The delivery times below are estimates, start from dispatch, and may vary due to the destination, carrier operations, or customs controls.
Shipping rates
A.Ma.Ca. directly covers part of the transport cost. Shipping within Italy is always free. For other destinations, below the stated threshold the customer pays the contribution shown; once the product subtotal reaches the threshold, shipping is free.

For countries not listed individually, the “All other countries” rate applies. The carrier is selected after the order according to the destination, availability, and parcel characteristics. The rate shown at checkout before payment is the rate that applies to the order.
Duties and taxes for destinations outside the EU
Shipments subject to customs formalities are handled on a DAP or equivalent basis. The shipping contribution paid at checkout covers the stated transport service but does not include customs duties, import VAT or other import taxes, local taxes, carrier charges, or customs clearance fees.
Where applicable in the destination country, these amounts are determined by the competent authorities or customs clearance provider and are payable by the recipient. They may be requested before, upon, or after delivery. Any taxes expressly shown and collected at checkout remain separate from import charges requested at destination.
Failure to pay import charges or refusal of the shipment may result in storage, return, or abandonment of the parcel. The resulting costs may be deducted from a refund or charged to the customer to the extent permitted by law.
Address, delivery, and damaged parcels
The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If the address is incorrect, the recipient is absent, the parcel is not collected, held, redelivered, or returned, any additional costs may be charged to the customer.
If the parcel is visibly damaged on delivery, we recommend accepting it subject to inspection, where the carrier provides this option, and immediately photographing the packaging. Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to shipping@amacamadeofpuglia.com.
