Refund policy

Each A.Ma.Ca. jewel is the result of manual workmanship and material research, making every creation different from the next. Slight differences in shape, texture, color, finish, natural fiber, gold/silver leaf, or details compared with the images published online are not to be considered defects, but rather characteristics of manual craftsmanship and of the uniqueness of the product.

The customer may request the return of a product purchased online within 14 days of delivery, except for the exclusions provided by law and except for personalized products, products made upon request, products modified according to the customer’s instructions, or made-to-measure products. To be accepted, the product must be returned intact, unused, unworn, unscratched, undamaged, and in its original packaging, complete with any accessories, tags, certificates, materials, or packaging received.

To start a return request, the customer must contact A.Ma.Ca. in advance at the email address: returns@amacamadeofpuglia.com. The request must include first and last name, order number, email address used for the purchase, product purchased, and reason for the request. After reviewing the request, A.Ma.Ca. will provide the instructions for proceeding with the return shipment.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an incorrect, damaged, or defective product at the time of delivery. We always recommend using a tracked shipping service, as A.Ma.Ca. cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost, damaged, or not delivered during the return shipment.

Once the product has been received and inspected, if the return complies with the conditions indicated, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. A.Ma.Ca. offers refunds only and does not guarantee product exchanges, unless otherwise decided and communicated on a case-by-case basis. Credit times may vary depending on the payment method and the banking institution.

Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, worn, scratched, damaged, altered, returned without the original packaging, or returned without prior authorization.

If a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact A.Ma.Ca. within 48 hours of delivery, attaching clear photographs of the parcel, the packaging, and the jewel. This allows the issue to be properly verified and the most appropriate solution to be identified.

Within the limits permitted by applicable law, personalized products, products made upon request, products modified according to the customer’s instructions, made-to-measure products, or products otherwise created according to individual specifications are excluded from the right of return.
