A.Ma.Ca., an acronym formed from the name Alessandra Maselli Campagna, was born in the heart of Polignano a Mare, at Via Porto 83, as an authentic expression of art, creativity and a love of transforming materials.

For over twenty years, Alessandra has devoted herself to creating unique decorative objects by recovering and reinterpreting antique and forgotten materials.

In her creative studio, driftwood and small branches returned by the sea, old oil lamps, terracotta roof tiles with as much as two centuries of history, antique sieves, charcoal irons and many other objects filled with memory have come back to life. Decorated and reimagined with artistic sensitivity, these materials have become lamps, wall lights, decorative objects, Christmas ornaments and creations for beautifully set tables.

Over time, Alessandra’s creative research also evolved into the world of artistic jewelry, giving life to pieces distinguished by their originality, refinement and choice of materials.

From material to jewelry

More than ten years ago, almost by chance, Alessandra began working with dehydrated wood fibers, shaping and decorating them in increasingly refined artistic forms. Looking at small remnants of prickly pear fiber, irregular yet incredibly harmonious, she began to imagine a new creative possibility: transforming these spontaneous forms of nature into unique jewelry.

Initially raw and gradually more elaborate, these fragments of prickly pear fiber began to take shape as necklaces, earrings, bracelets and rings. Gold and silver leaf, pearls and natural stones made these creations even more precious, enhancing the fiber and transforming it into true works of wearable art.

Each creation begins with the natural shape of the material and is carefully refined, following the inspiration suggested by nature itself. No two pieces are identical. Every A.Ma.Ca. creation is a one-of-a-kind jewel, unique in both form and spirit.

The creations are assembled with chains and components in white, rhodium-plated or gold-plated silver, combining precious materials with the expressive power of nature.
